Mia user group advisory group feedback…
“A great piece of software to support our operations teams to feel more confident at writing their self-assessment. It helps them to address areas they may not typically look at.”
“Allows end-users to brainstorm and input quickly and get a decent summary. The ability for users to write generically and descriptively but get evaluative outputs is great.”
“Sometimes, quality assurance is left to a few people, and several rewrites/feedback points must be amended before we finalise reports. This reduces this significantly. I love what Mia offers, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it develops.”

Mia was developed using Digital Launchpad Funding from Innovate UK
Mesma was awarded research and development funding by Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency. The funding supported Mesma’s R&D efforts to enhance its quality management solutions with artificial intelligence.
Professionals in the education and employability sectors often report that quality assurance processes are complex and costly to administer. Many add that it is hard to find trusted guidance and resources that are relevant to the problems they are looking to solve.
This project worked with quality professionals to build AI-powered tools for collaborative quality assurance and improvement, analytics, and signposting to specialist resources. Mia enhances quality practices to assist providers to meet, and exceed, the standards set by funding and regulatory organisations.
