Amongst the many benefits, deep dives help overcome one of the key challenges we are often asked by quality professionals: How can I better involve my colleagues in quality assurance?
A deep dive review is a method used to conduct a thorough investigation and analysis. They are standard practices within the quality assurance toolbox.
Conducting a deep dive is a technique that we can use to:
- Identify issues – sometimes even before they arise
- Generate ideas for solutions
- Fully understand a situation – getting to the root cause
- Consider the activities that can form a deep dive and why to do them
- Explore simple techniques for evaluation, ideas generation and problem solving
- Gain top tips that result in success
- Understand how Ofsted deep dives methods are used in inspection
- Determine how to use deep dives as part of your annual quality cycle
In-person attendance is recommended to get the maximum value from the event.
