Carole Loader, Director

Carole has extensive experience of Ofsted inspections and continues to fulfil her role as Business Improvement Director (BID) for a large independent training provider, alongside being a member of the Mesma team. As BID, she is responsible for overseeing the quality of delivery and driving through change in the organisation. She joined the board of Mesma because of her belief in the self assessment process as a tool for continuous improvement.

Louise Doyle, Director

Formerly a director of City of Sunderland College ,Louise has extensive experience in education & training in both the public and private sectors.
Louise is director and founder of the award winning Bright Blue Training & Advisory, specialist advisors to schools, colleges and training providers. Since 2008 her team have delivered strategic and operational solutions to more than 50 clients.
She is Vice Chair of one of Northumberland's largest and most successful primary schools.

Neil Donkin, Director

Neil has been building software for over 25 years, including 15 years as a freelance consultant, where he worked for brand name clients such as Microsoft, Shell, British Airways, Tesco and the NHS. In addition to his role as Director with Mesma, he is part of the software development team at NCFE awarding body, working on applications used both internally and by external providers.
